Earlier this week everyone on Instagram was posting these really cool AI portraits of themselves from an app called Lensa, and while I originally had no intention of doing it myself, curiosity got the best of me, so I paid the $6.99 and let the algorithm work its magic.

A lot of them were pretty bad, some of them were ok, and then there were a few that I really liked.

Artificial intelligence is both kind of cool and creepy, huh?

And then after I had already paid and got my portraits made, I found out from a friend that the app was a little problematic and that I probably shouldn’t support it. Womp, womp, womp.
