A few weeks ago my yoga students asked if I could give them "homework", a short sequence to practice in between our Monday night sessions. "Gladly!" I said.
I figured I might as well flex my design muscles and put together something visual, so voilà! Here it is: a short yoga sequence to practice in spring—because even though it's Memorial Day this weekend, it's not summer quite yet (although I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival).
